Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship worldwide to over 200 countries and territories. We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery time varies by destination. Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping — Faster delivery option available for most destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping We ship internationally to most countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Oceania. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your selected shipping method).
Lost or Damaged Packages Ouhajji Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@ouhajji.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
